2010 Fitness Related Goals

  1. Sometime in 2010 I want to do a 5k run / walk
  2. Bench Press - work out with 200 lbs
  3. Successful push-ups (standard)
  4. Successful pull-ups
  5. Deer Hunting - Both Archery and Rifle Season on foot in rough terrain!
  6. Duck Hunting
  7. Backpacking along PCT (Pacific Crest Trail)
  8. Swimming
  9. Hiking
  10. Begin Jogging
